Download Instructions:
1. Download the .zip file and extract the .exe file
2. Ensure Activesync v4.5 (or higher) is installed. For Windows Vista, install WMDC
3. Connect the device
4. Make sure the battery is charged to at least 50%
5. Double click on the .exe file to run the update utility
6. Backup all your data before upgrading since all of the current data will be erased
7. Do not attempt to open and execute any program on both your PC and your Pocket PC
8. Do not unplug the USB during the upgrading process
9. Then you are done. The device will then reboot automatically
